General Questions
We handle kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, cabinet installation, countertop installation, and outdoor kitchen projects. We serve homeowners in Conroe, TX and surrounding areas including The Woodlands, Kingwood, Spring, Tomball, and Humble.
Yes. Kitchen and bathroom remodeling are our two most common project types. We also handle cabinets and countertops as standalone projects if you are not doing a full remodel.
Yes. We are licensed and insured to work in the state of Texas. We carry general liability insurance and worker's compensation coverage on all active job sites.
We handle permits when they are required. Structural changes, electrical relocations, and plumbing rough-in work typically require permits in Conroe and Montgomery County. Cosmetic work like cabinet and countertop replacement generally does not. We confirm permit requirements during the estimate process.

Contact us through the website or by phone. We schedule an on-site visit to assess the scope of work and provide a written estimate. We do not quote jobs based on photos alone because dimensions and existing conditions affect the price significantly.
It depends on the scope. A cabinet-only or countertop-only project can take 1 to 5 days. A mid-range kitchen remodel typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. A full primary bathroom renovation with custom tile work can take 6 to 10 weeks. We give you a project timeline before work starts.
We do not subcontract the core remodeling work to unknown crews. For licensed trade work such as electrical or plumbing, we work with a consistent set of licensed tradespeople we trust. You will know who is working in your home.
Yes, in most cases. We set up temporary work areas and clean up daily to keep the disruption manageable. For very large projects, there may be a few days where specific areas of the home are not accessible.
Yes. We stand behind our work. Warranty terms are outlined in your written contract before any work begins. Material warranties vary by product and manufacturer.
Kitchen Remodeling
A kitchen remodel can include demo and haul-away, cabinet removal and installation, countertop replacement, backsplash tile, sink and faucet replacement, lighting upgrades, flooring, painting, and trim work. The scope depends on what you want to change and what your budget supports.
A minor kitchen update typically runs $5,000 to $15,000. A mid-range remodel with new cabinets, countertops, and finishes runs $20,000 to $50,000. A full gut renovation can range from $60,000 to $120,000 or more depending on layout changes, materials, and square footage.
Minor updates take 1 to 3 weeks. A standard mid-range remodel takes 4 to 8 weeks. Full renovations with structural changes can take 8 to 16 weeks. We build a project schedule before work starts so you know what to expect.
Most homeowners stay in the house. We set up a temporary kitchen area in another room when needed and clean up at the end of each workday. For total gut renovations, cooking at home will not be practical for a portion of the project.
Yes. We handle partial remodels. Common partial projects include replacing only the countertops, replacing only the cabinets, or updating the backsplash and fixtures without touching the layout. You do not have to remodel everything at once.
Quartz is the most practical choice for most kitchens. It is non-porous, does not require sealing, and holds up well to daily use. Granite is a good option if you want a natural stone look. Laminate is the most affordable option and has improved significantly in quality and appearance over the past decade.
Yes, if the kitchen layout has enough square footage. We design and build kitchen islands as part of the remodel. Islands typically require a minimum of 42 inches of clearance on all sides for traffic flow. We assess the space during the estimate visit.
Bathroom Remodeling
A bathroom remodel can include demo, waterproofing, tile installation on floors and walls, a new vanity, toilet, tub or shower, shower glass enclosure, lighting, mirror, and accessories. Scope varies based on whether you are doing a cosmetic refresh or a full gut rebuild.
A basic bathroom refresh runs $3,000 to $8,000. A mid-range remodel with new tile, vanity, and shower glass typically costs $10,000 to $25,000. A full primary bathroom renovation with a custom walk-in shower can run $30,000 to $60,000 or more.
Small bathroom updates take 1 to 2 weeks. A standard remodel takes 3 to 5 weeks. A large primary bathroom with custom tile work can take 6 to 10 weeks. Custom tile work is the main factor that extends timelines.
We remove the existing tub and surround, waterproof the shower area using a certified membrane system, install a shower pan or custom mud bed, set tile on the walls and floor, install the drain, and fit the glass enclosure and fixtures. Proper waterproofing is the most important step and we do not skip it.
Yes. Curbless, or zero-threshold, showers are one of our most requested options. They require careful floor slope toward the drain and a linear or center drain that handles the water flow. We build curbless showers regularly.
Yes. We offer partial bathroom projects including vanity-only replacement, mirror and lighting upgrades, and toilet replacement. You do not have to do a full remodel to work with us.
We install ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and large-format tile. We can work with tile you have already purchased or help you select material from suppliers we work with regularly.
Cabinet Installation
We install stock, semi-custom, and fully custom cabinets for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, garages, and outdoor kitchens. We work with material you have already ordered or can refer you to trusted local suppliers.
Stock cabinets come in fixed sizes and are available immediately. They are the most budget-friendly option. Semi-custom cabinets give you more choices in size, finish, and interior features with a lead time of 4 to 8 weeks. Custom cabinets are built to your exact specifications and can take 6 to 16 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Custom is the right choice for unusual layouts or specific design requirements.
Yes. We install cabinets from all major suppliers including IKEA SEKTION, Home Depot, Lowes, and direct manufacturer orders. Each product line has specific installation requirements we are already familiar with.
A full kitchen cabinet install typically takes 2 to 5 days. Bathroom vanity installations are usually completed in a single day. Garage or pantry cabinet systems vary based on the number of units.
Framed cabinets have a face frame on the front of the box. This is the traditional American style. Frameless cabinets, also called full-access or European cabinets, have no face frame. They provide slightly more interior storage space and have a more contemporary look. Both types are widely used and we install both.
Yes. If the cabinet boxes are structurally sound, refacing is a cost-effective option. We replace the doors, drawer fronts, and exposed hardware while keeping the existing boxes in place. It is typically faster and less expensive than full replacement.
Yes. Soft-close hardware is standard on most of the cabinet lines we work with. We can also upgrade existing cabinets with soft-close hinges and drawer slides as a standalone project.
Countertop Installation
We install quartz, granite, and laminate countertops. Quartz is the most popular choice. Granite is a good fit for homeowners who want a natural stone look. Laminate is the most affordable option and works well for laundry rooms, garages, and budget-focused renovations.
Quartz and granite countertop installation typically runs $65 to $150 per square foot installed. A standard kitchen with 40 square feet of countertop area can range from $2,600 to $6,000 depending on material, thickness, edge profile, and number of cutouts. We provide exact pricing after templating.
Installation itself takes 2 to 6 hours for a standard kitchen. The full timeline from templating to installation is typically 1 to 2 weeks for quartz and granite because the slabs need to be cut and finished at the fabrication shop. Laminate can often be installed faster.
No. Quartz is engineered stone and is non-porous. It does not require sealing. Granite is a natural stone and does need to be sealed every 1 to 3 years depending on how porous the stone is.
Yes. We template and install new countertops over your existing cabinets as long as they are structurally sound and at the correct height. This is one of the most cost-effective upgrades you can make in a kitchen or bathroom.
Common options include eased, beveled, bullnose, ogee, waterfall, and mitered edges. We walk you through the choices during the templating visit. Edge profile selection affects both the look and the cost of the countertop.
A waterfall countertop extends the material vertically down the side of a kitchen island or peninsula to the floor, creating a continuous slab on three visible sides. It is a contemporary design detail that works especially well with quartz and granite.
Yes. Undermount sink installation is part of the countertop process. We cut the sink opening, set the sink, and seal the joint. We coordinate with your plumber if a rough-in adjustment is needed.
